We go through loads, interfaces, tolerances and the environment the part lives in.

Concept Generation
Topology optimisation and generative design give us a handful of lightweight candidates.

Simulation & Validation
FEA and thermal simulation check the design against your spec before we commit to a build.

Manufacturability Check
Orientation, supports and distortion analysis, so the part builds the way it should.

Final Design Delivery
You get production-ready CAD, build files and a short design report.
