Metal 3D Printing
Qualified production runs on state-of-the-art laser powder bed fusion systems — large build volumes, multi-laser machines and consistent, repeatable quality across aluminium, titanium, stainless and nickel superalloys.
Post Processing
Heat treatment, CNC milling, turning, wire EDM and grinding — bringing critical surfaces, threads and mating features to drawing tolerance.
Inspection
CMM and optical scanning. GD&T verification and First Article Inspection reports for parts you need to qualify.
Materials Testing
Tensile, fatigue, hardness and microstructure analysis — evidence that the part is what the drawing says it is.
